Terms of Service

  1. First come, first serve.

  2. Provide clear, visual references. Compile them in Google Drive, Imgur, or other image-sharing services and share the link to me. I highly encourage you to keep descriptions clear and concise.

  3. Commissions begin after the invoice is paid along with the chosen sketch iteration. This initial deposit is 50% of the final price. I will keep you updated as your commission progress.

  4. Requesting minor edits within reason like changing the character’s eye color or adding a minor detail in the completed artwork is permissible. Up to three revisions are allowed during the initial sketch to the flat-coloring phase. Excessive, late, or major edits will incur additional fees.

  5. Full payment is expected before I send you the finalized, full-res artwork.

  6. I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media platforms and use them to make prints and other physical media. You can inform me if you'd like to keep your commissioned piece private.

  7. The artwork(s) you commissioned is for personal, non-commercial use only, unless we agreed on commercial use beforehand. Commercial use has set fees.

Payment: Processed in USD through Wise payment link. Supports Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit/debit card, and bank transfers.
No Wise account needed for payment.

Deadlines: Expect your commission to have a turnaround of 2-4 weeks, with 6 weeks maximum accounting for complex requests or unexpected delays. I will routinely keep you updated on the work's progress upon accepting your commission.Refunds: if I am unable to complete the commission within the deadline or for any reason, a full refund will be issued. However, if you cancel the commission after the sketch has been approved and thereby the initial deposit has been processed, a partial 50% refund will be issued.No refunds when any of the TOS were violated.I reserve the right to reject inbound commissions at my discretion.The commissioned work is for personal use only. Otherwise, using it for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction, or publishing other than for personal purposes has to be approved by me, the artist. This will require a separate agreement between you, the client, and I, the artist, defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the commissioned work.
